Our precision grinding facilities include centreless, cylindrical and surface grinding as well as honing.

Centreless Grinding

  • Really tight tolerances as small as 1 micron
  • Through feed or plunge capability
  • From 0.5mm – 100mm diameter
  • One offs to large batch work (50k +)

Cylindrical Grinding

  • Up to 12” diameter – 46” in length
  • Internal and external grinding
  • All metals accommodated

Surface Grinding

  • Tight tolerances
  • Suitable for guillotine blades, potato peeling machines etc.
  • Punches and dies re-sharpened

Honing

  • 1mm up to 75mm diameter
  • Suitable for grinding out bores on bushes
